在这里,每天听着唱诵醒来; 在这里,恒河流淌,带来力量,使我们的身体和心力强壮。 是的,这里就是我出生的地方,瑞斯凯诗。我是幸运的,生在这个充满灵气的城市,是它赋予了我丰富的心灵。

徐徐传来的寺庙钟声将我唤醒,引人冥想;而冥想,引领我走进了瑜珈。 孩提时代起,我就对瑜珈有着浓厚的兴趣,渐渐长大,兴趣渐浓。 我决定开始深入的学习,并得到了在Parmarth Niketan Ashram瑜珈学院的学习机会,跟随启蒙老师Bhanu Pratap Singh学习。虽然从小练瑜珈,但当我真正开始系统学习瑜珈的时候,我才领会到瑜珈的真正魅力。在完成了哈达瑜珈的课程后,我继续进修了艾杨格瑜珈。在我的老师——艾杨格弟子Rudra Dev Gaura 的教导下,我深入学习了辅助瑜珈;后来,我来到以哈达瑜珈及辅助瑜珈结合教学而闻名的Ved Niketan Ashram瑜珈学院和以教师培训闻名的Shivananda Ashram学院继续我的学习。

于我而言,瑜珈是一种自我修养的生活,使我们的身心灵趋于平衡,和谐、纯净和充满力量。
瑜珈能帮助我们变得更健康,更好地控制我们的情绪,和获得人与世界、自然和宇宙之间的平静心境。

现在,能有机会在梵天瑜珈和大家一起分享瑜珈,为需要瑜珈、热爱瑜珈的朋友们答疑解惑,我感到很高兴。OM--
This is true when you born in a place where when you wake up listening chants and the holy river Ganges gives you strength to develop your strength and will power.
YES its true, I am talking about the spiritual city of India known as RISHIKESH, I am lucky that I born in this city. This city gave me enough boosts to enrich my soul. When I wake up the bells from the temples guide you to mediate. This meditation guide to perform some exercises, which known as YOGA. So I have an interest in YOGA from my child hood and as I grown up this interest will also grown up with me and I decide to learn it deeply. And the same moment I got the opportunity to learn YOGA from the primer institutes (ASHRAMS) and teachers. I begin my Yoga classes with Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh where I got my first introduction with yoga with Mr. Bhanu Pratap Singh, although I was doing yoga from my childhood but when I start these classes then I come to know the reality of yoga which attracts me more towards itself. After completing the class of? HATA YOGA in Parmarth Niketan, same moment I got a another opportunity to learn Iyenger Yoga for the world famous teacher Mr. Rudra Dev Gaura, who was a student of B.K.S Iyengar himself.? Under his guidance I developed my knowledge of Iyengar Yoga. And in the same moment I join the classes in Ved Niketan Ashram, which is famous for its Hata Yoga and Iyenger Yoga classes. I have also done a course from Shivananda Ashram; this course is especially dedicated for the YOGA TEACHER TRAINNING, known as VEDANTA.
For Me Yoga is a life of self-discipline. Yoga balances, harmonizes, purifies and strengthens the body, mind and soul. It shows the way to perfect health, perfect mind control and perfect peace with one's own Self, the world, nature and God.

As now, I got a chance to teach yoga in china under the BHRAMA YOGA, which make me to share my knowledge and clear the doubts about Yoga to the people who need it, love it, and I feel Happy doing that.

第一次接触瑜珈是从我父亲开始的。40年前,那时德国还很少人练习瑜珈,我父亲已经在做头倒立和“OM”唱诵了。因此,我从小就对瑜珈就有一种熟悉的感觉。十几岁的时候开始了我的第一节瑜珈课,虽然印象深刻,但是没有坚持下来。许多年后,我成为了一家国际公司的市场营销经理,然而常常觉得生活还应该有更多的东西。这时我想起了瑜珈,于是重新开始了我的瑜珈学习。2003年我的生活和健康出现了危机,我下决心辞去工作,背起行囊去印度当了一名瑜珈老师。
我到了瑜珈圣镇瑞斯凯诗(Rishikesh),跟随当时在Parmath Niketan Ashram任教的Karin——艾扬格的弟子,资深辅助瑜珈导师修习。瑜珈重新把幸福和喜悦带回到我的生活中并赋予生活更深的含义。我将把我的生命奉献给瑜珈和瑜珈教学。如今,我非常高兴能来到中国,因为可以将我在印度所学到的与中国的瑜珈爱好者们一起分享。
My first contact with yoga was through my father being one of the few who practiced yoga in Germany 40 years ago.He was standing on his head and chanted “om”, so from childhood on this was something familiar to me.
I had my first Yoga lesson as a teenager, it deeply impressed me but I didn’t continue. Many years later, established in a career as a marketing and sales manager in a big international Cooperation and always looking for “something more” in my life, I remembered Yoga and started taking lessons.
In 2003 as a result of a personal and health crisis I decided to quit my job, pack my bags and move to India and become a Yoga teacher. I moved to Rishikesh were I met Karin O’Bannon, a senior level Iyengar Yoga teacher and a student of B.K.S Iyengar himself. Karin is teaching Yoga at Parmath Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh and I joined her Teacher Training course there in 2005.
Yoga brought happiness and joy back in my life and the feeling of doing something with a deeper meaning. My life is devoted to Yoga and teaching Yoga.Now I’m happy to be in China and to share what I’ve learned in India with the people here.

习练瑜珈15余年,从小接受系统的印度瑜珈教育,毕业于印度Gurukul Kang 瑜珈大学。体位精准,有深厚的瑜珈底蕴。在印度瑜珈圣镇瑞诗凯诗(Rishikesh)拥有5年的执教经验。热爱钻研瑜珈哲学、冥想法;对哈达瑜珈、瑜珈理疗等领域有深入的研究及教学实践。
Educated by traditional Yoga system in India, Shri Arvind graduated in G University, has been practising Yoga for 15 years and has 5 years teaching experience in Rishikesh. With a deep understanding of yoga, Arvind is excellent in the accurate asana and specialize in Yoga Philosophy, meditation, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Treatment.
